Abstract

|
|
The synthesis, as well as spectroscopic and biological studies of a novel class of [3-(4-substitutedphenylamino)-8- azabicyclo [3.2.1] oct-8yl]-phenyl-methanone derivatives are described. All the synthesized compounds were characterized by elemental analysis FTIR, 1H-NMR, 13C NMR, and Mass spectral data. All the synthesized compounds were exhibit in vitro antibacterial activity.
